I am a former Beachbody Health & Fitness Coach (you can read about my experience and why I decided to stop coaching HERE), and while I no longer practice coaching, I still have a huge passion for fitness and encouraging other to lead a balanced healthy lifestyle - which I am pursuing as I work towards becoming a group fitness instructor.
Here are some of my favorite workout routines. Most can be done anywhere and use limited to no equipment (with the exception of the treadmill workouts!). I like to try and keep 'em short, sweet and sweaty so most are 30 mins or less and use limited to no equipment (except for the treadmill workouts!). Give them a try and modify to a level that suits you :)
